Ian Cribbes
Founder and Director
Ian is a strategic and commercially astute Chartered Project Professional within the Association for Project Management, with a proven track record of leading and delivering a wide range of multi-million-pound projects globally. This includes implementing new systems and processes based on customer requirements and expectations.
He has produced business plans, specifications and scopes of work, while driving quality of supply, on-time delivery and performance measures. As a seasoned project and programme manager, Ian has developed exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, presenting and reporting to Chairmen and CEOs and influencing Programme and Project Directors.
His experience includes mentoring and coaching project and programme sponsors, seeking savings, sourcing cost-effective suppliers and contractors, negotiating agreements, collaborating with architects and global clients, and networking with grant organisations.
